OICM Service Support
After your OICM system is installed, the System Support Group is available to answer any questions you have regarding your new product, its operation and application issues. With 17 regional support centers in addition to our headquarters staff, OICM is always available. All customer assistance is computer controlled, from the instant a service call is received, to the final customer satisfaction survey.
OICM Service Support
Incoming service calls are immediately routed to the proper service individual. A software usage problem may be handled regionally, over the phone. Situations involving hardware are immediately routed to our headquarters System Support Group and, if necessary, a skilled technician is dispatched within 24 hours. Keeping your OICM system operating is important to us. It's our reputation on the line.
Standards and Recalibration Service

An important part of the OICM Service Support Group is our Standards & Recalibration service. It assures customers that their equipment is in compliance with even the toughest industry quality assurance programs including ISO, QA and FQA.

All instruments are calibrated in accordance with ISO-10012-1 and ANSI/NCSL Z 450, with reference standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Leak testing and replacement of isotopes per federal standards.
All equipment calibrations/certifications are performed at 1-year intervals and leak testing and standard certifications are done at 6-month intervals.
OICM Extended Warranty Program
As an OICM instrument owner, you can take advantage of our Extended Warranty Service Program. It's all part of the OICM Support Group's commitment to keeping your instrument in good working condition. This program provides a myriad of tests including: hardware repairs and updates, CPU and memory diagnostic testing, accuracy and repeatability tracking, as well as software updates to assure that you're working with the most advanced programs. In-field preventative maintenance programs are also available.
